NYSAF Standing Committees are the policy review and discussion arms of the Executive Committee, providing an opportunity to explore the implications of policy alternatives and the policy development process; and to serve in an advisory capacity to the Executive Committeel as a whole in reviewing policy matters referred to them; informing and educating the Executive Committee on existing NYSAF programs and issues and other such matters as the Executive Committee deems appropriate.
